Apple’s carrier billing features has been available in a range of countries for some time and now Apple is expanding the service to Switzerland and Taiwan.

Carrier billing allows you to make purchases from Apple’s iTunes store without the need for a credit card, this can be useful for people who don’t own a credit card or do not want to use one with their iOS device.

You can purchases apps, games, music and movies from iTunes using carrier billing, the charges are then added to you mobile bill by your operator at the end of the month.

Apple’s carrier billing is also available in Germany and Russia, the company is expected to expand it to more countries in the future.
