With a special issue defined by its ‘offbeat’ detailing and classic look, London sneaker boutique Footpatrol have hooked up with Converse – they of at least one pair in everyone’s wardrobe – for a special edition of its cult One Star reissued shoe (RRP £80).

A classic All Star silohuette born in 1970, the One Star’s revival has seen it become an instant hit with casual fans and sneakerheads alike, even while its original basketball intent has gone by the wayside. The Footpatrol collab shoe – the ‘Jewel’ – features premium materials covering its low-profile build, and unique detailing that pays homage to Soho and London’s trainer culture.

With an extra-premium, cream-y suede upper and embroidered toe-box and heel, along with the class ‘jewelled’-star branding on the outstep and Footpatrol debossing, and custom printed laces bearing the legend “The devil is in the details” (and it is), the drop also features a 100% cotton canvas coach jacket (RRP £100) in vanilla, with a satin lining and embroidered script on the chest and across the back.

It’s all dead nice, is what we’re saying.

Converse One Star x Footpatrol sneaker and Coaches Jacket launches in-store at Footpatrol, on converse.com, and footpatrol.co.uk from July 6th 2017.
