Do i have a pci express slot for graphic card?

I have a lenovo desktop pc. Its model no is 8823 – 3DQ. It is of 3000 H series. Can u pls tell me do i have a pci express slot for inserting a graphic card.

well hypothetically yes i have a graphics card , but your pc is so old that upgrading the graphics will not do any good because your cpu will bottle neck that graphics card .
